The dispersion of the 3D simple cubic lattice is given by
\[ϵ_{k_x, k_y, k_z} = 2t [\cos(k_x) + \cos(k_y) + \cos(k_z)]\]
which takes values in \(ϵ_{k_x, k_y, k_z} ∈ [-6t, +6t] = [-D, +D]\).
